Inner city area of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: Apply fixed shipping fee or free shipping when order reaches a certain value (depending on program).
Other provinces and cities: Shipping fees will be calculated based on area, order weight and shipping carrier's price list.
Foreign: We will contact you to confirm shipping costs before handing over the order to the carrier.

How long does delivery take?

Inner city area of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi: Normally 1 – 2 business days.
Other provinces and cities: About 3 – 7 working days, depending on shipping distance.
After completing the order, Long Thanh will send a specific estimated delivery time notification via email or text message.

Is there a return/exchange policy for books?

Long Thanh accepts exchange/return if the product is defective or damaged due to packaging or transportation.
